Duncan MacLaren– Partner

Duncan spent 8 years at Kenneth Peters as a Director in the Investment Department. Over that period he transacted on behalf of clients in excess of £1bn of transactions in both sales and acquisitions across all sectors including Portfolio work. Previous to this he worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Rugby Estates. He is member of the RICS and IPF.
He lives with his wife and 3 young children in West London.

Matt Hunter – Partner

Matt joined from Chase & Partners where he was an Associate in the Investment Team. Over his five years there he was involved in purchase & sale, occupational advice and asset management strategies on behalf of a number of clients from high net worth individuals to overseas investors and institutional pension funds. He previously worked at Insight Retail Consulting and Moore Hunter & Partners. He is a member of the RICS, IPF and a City Owl. He is also a RICS Registered Valuer and holds a Masters in Property Valuation & Law.
Matt currently lives in South West London.

Seth Brown – Consultant

Seth was formerly Investment Manager of the M&G Pooled Pensions Property Fund and the Central London Office sector of the Prudential Assurance Life Fund, and has an upper quartile performance history for his time on the M&G Pooled Fund. Seth is a member of the RICS and the IPF and is an approved person under the FSMA 2000. 
Seth is married and lives with his wife in South West London. 

Bob Hyatt – Consultant

A general practice chartered surveyor for over 25 years, Bob trained with Edwards, Bigwood & Bewlay in Birmingham was managing partner of the Chester practice Bruce & Partners and a director of The Newhall Group. Having worked in both private practice and corporate management he has experience of being both principal and client and thus has a unique insight and understanding of the needs of those requiring property based services. He specialises in issues relating to landlord and tenant negotiations and the management of commercial property. He is a member of the RICS
