Our latest Costa Drive Thru development opened for trading last Friday located at the entrance of an existing business park between Hastings and Bexhill on the busy Queensway road. What should have been a reasonably quick project proved to be the opposite with numerous local authority policy and BNG issues to navigate for a site with is just 0.22ha. However, with a great team of consultants, contractor and tenant we got there in the end. We are grateful for all the teams efforts.
