Acting on behalf of a confidential client we are delighted to confirm the investment sale of Albany House, Bournemouth; a detached industrial unit on a secure site of 0.98 acres.

The site was sold with the benefit of the remainder of a 6-year lease to Grafton Merchanting RoI close to the guide price of £1,995,000 and within 1 month of solicitors being instructed.
