In the end, 2020 was a busy year of selling (13 transactions) with both institutional and private clients being opportunistic by taking profit where they could, and development opportunities in client’s portfolios either needing funding put in place or completing. I think those of us in commercial property were very fortunate that the government was so supportive of the construction industry in these difficult times…
